SPRAY EFFECT FOR SEMI-FINISHED MEAT PRODUCTS

The company has developed an injector capable of injecting the product with a high-pressure SPRAY spray effect, injecting
up to 100% of brine in one pass (depending on the machine model) with a homogeneous brine distribution and
minimal brine losses in further processing due to the SPRAY effect.

SPRAY EFFECT FOR SEMI-FINISHED MEAT PRODUCTS

A special technology for marinating semi-finished meat products is the use of the SPRAY effect with high pressure to optimize the percentage of
of moisture in the middle of the product. The addition of up to 30% moisture makes the product more acceptable for consumption and more interesting from an economic point of view.
